My Science Fair Topic:
Can people taste the difference of different brands of water?
This is my science fair topic. I am testing if people can taste the difference between Dasani, Evian, Aquafina, Crystal Lake tap, Chicago tap, well, purified, distilled, spring, mineral, and sparkling water. I will blindfold fifteen different people and give them the waters. Between each water, they will drink distilled water. The water is the control, and it washes all taste out of their mouth. I will record if the person can tell me what type of water they have tasted.
In my research paper, I talk about how you taste. You taste with the help of your nose, taste buds, brain, and nerves. I also talk about the different waters I am testing and the different minerals and vitamins that are in them.
